Major West Africa win worth US $1.3 Bn

Offshore contractor Acergy has declared a deal worth US $1.3 Bn for a major deepwater development offshore West Africa.Oslo-listed Acergy said it has won the deal covering engineering, procurement fabrication and installation of facilities for “a significant deepwater development,” located offshore West Africa. Engineering work for the contract commences immediately, Acergy stated today, without naming the client or further details of the project.
